This listing is for a Factory reconditioned Mitsubishi electric ducted type split system air conditioner, fully fiited to your premises*

The unit capacity is 13 Kw, 44,000 btu, this is one of the larger units in the range and is suitable for commercial premises that require higher cooling capacity, the ducted system has high fan velocity delivering the cooling faster than wall mounted or ceing cassette type systems, this is preffered in situations where "raw cooling" is required.

The price includes fitting of the system to your premises with 3 600mm x 600mm ceiling outlets and 10 metres of flex ducting, we can install more outlets if required at additional cost.

THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM ADVERTISED HERE WILL BE INSTALLED BY OUR FULLY TRAINED AND FGAS COMPLIANT ENGINEERS

This system is only sold with installation by our qualified Fgas registered engineers.

Our company is fully compliant with Current Fgas regulations, we are registered with Refcom - Registration number 1016293 and Quidos - Registration number FGAS 2001993

The air conditioning system advertised here has R410a refrigerant gas contained in it, this refrigerant gas is fully compliant with current regulations, R410a refrigerant is termed a Flourinated greenhouse gas for the purposes of identification and legislation.

Please note that the system advertised here are only offered for sale with installtion by ourFGas registered engineers, should you wish to purchase a system for supply only, we would require evidence that the system will be installed by a qualified FGas engineer, in the form of the engineers or company's FGas registration document.

All systems are supplied with a record of the quantity in weight and type of refrigerant contained in them along with the Co2 equivalent of the refrigerant.

Included Installation Service

THE FULLY FITTED PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Supply of the air conditioning system with free delivery, all materials and pipe work for the installation of the system, we allow for up to a ten-metre run of pipe work between the indoor and outdoor unit, (longer pipe runs are possible, up to a maximum of 70 metres in some cases, additional charges apply for longer runs of pipework, please ask for details of the cost of extra pipe runs.

Travelling of fifty miles from central London is included, we do of course serve the whole of the U.K. there is a small additional charge for travelling outside the included fifty-mile distance, this is purely to cover the costs of diesel etc. please enquire for further details.

The provision of a power supply to the unit is not included and should be provided by a qualified electrician.

Shipping

For supplied and fitted packages, the air conditioning system will be delivered free of charge by our engineers that will come to install the system. For supply only units purchased on eBay, please see the delivery charge information in the specific listing that you are purchasing for details.

We accept payment via Bank transfer, cheque or Paypal, a deposit of 60% is required on start-up of installation with the balance of the final 40% due on completion.
