There is a temptation when buying jackets (particularly sheepskin) to buy a size above but our jackets have an accurate cut which accounts for the thickness of the interior fleece and 99% of the time will fit the size you are.

So for example, if your normal size is 14 please choose coat size 14.

If after purchase and delivery you discover it does not fit, we have an open return policy to exchange for any other size (subject to availability) or a refund. Please see our Return Policy below for further details.

We do not hold our stock at our office so we are unable to accept personal callers.
We send these out (by signed for courier) within 3 days of purchase and full payment but more often than not these are sent within 48 hours.
* This item will be sent by myHermes which is a 3-5 day delivery service. There is also an option for faster delivery by UPS - please make your selection at the checkout.
There are no courier collections or deliveries at the weekend or bank holidays nor any same day pickups - booking will take at least 24hrs.
Unfortunately we are not able to post to Jersey, Guernsey or Channel Islands.
We only accept online payment through a confirmed Pay Pal Account. We will only dispatch to the address on that account unless otherwise arranged.
Should you wish to return your item for any reason we will accept your return, but you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please contact us to indicate you wish to return so we may provide further details to you. This should be done within 14 days of receipt of your item.
Any returned goods must be in perfect condition, as sent in original packaging. All jackets are checked thoroughly, security coded and photographed before dispatch.
