All orders are dispatched within 1 working day from our warehouse in England. Orders made up to 12.00 noon (GMT), will be dispatched that day.

United Kingdom Customers Information:

We have a variety of shipping methods, which you can select at checkout

Free Standard 2nd Class - normally 3-5 workings days after dispatch

1st Class - Normally 1-3 working days after dispatch

Expedited - Special Delivery, next working day service (Monday - Friday only, Saturday is not classed as a working day) - Please note this is a signed for service and cannot be left without a signature.

OUTSIDE UK Customers

Standard Airmail normally takes: Europe - 10-15 working days , Worldwide - 15-20 working days.

Please note that whilst these are guidelines and some countries may take longer (Italy, Central / South America, Russia, Israel, South Africa all take longer to clear customs and be distributed.

Standard airmail is NOT a tracked service - if you require tracking please ask before purchasing and we can add this for you as a shipping method

We operate a 30-day returns policy, allowing you to return your order for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your receipt of the order.

Please be aware that your returned items must be received by us within this 30 day period for you to qualify for a full refund. You are responsible for any postage costs, incurred by you when returning the item.

If the item is not as described, damaged or incorrect item has been received we will refund postage cost of the item to be sent back to us.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We strive to ensure that you receive the best quality product with the best customer service. However we are only human...and sometimes things can go wrong. If anything is not as you expected please contact us and we will resolve it for you.

If on delivery you find any item is damaged, or has a fault please contact us, using the contact seller button on ebay and let us know. We will then either issue a refund or replacement once the items have been returned to us. We will refund the postage costs you incur, or send you a return address envelope to return the items in.
