L’M1 CLiC è un sofisticato universal digital player (Preamp–Streamer), dotato di telecomando, che permette di selezionare Internet Radio, files musicali (via rete Ethernet o Wireless) presenti su unità diverse, CD player ed anche sorgenti puramente analogiche.
Sono 5 gli ingressi digitali che lo caratterizzano: una presa USB tipo B e una di tipo A (per memory stick o per iPod/iPhone dock), un ingresso ottico S/PDIF (24/192), due ingressi coassiali S/PDIF (sino a 24/192).
Vi sono poi 3 ingressi RCA analogici.
Può essere collegato ad un computer via Ethernet (RJ45) o attraverso il sistema wireless ed è in grado di ricevere radio da internet ed effettuare lo streaming.
Al cuore dell’M1 CLiC c’è l’M1 DAC re-clocked upsampler, 24-bit/192 kHz (dallo strepitoso successo da parte degli utilizzatori e della critica); capace di bassa distorsione, ampia banda passante, basso rumore, basso jitter ed una eccezionale linearità. Grazie alla sua flessibile connettività il player può essere utilizzato in un sistema già esistente, come un componente sorgente (attraverso la sua uscita fissa), oppure può essere usato come un preamplificatore (attraverso la sua uscita variabile).
L’ampio display del CLiC è di tipo full colour, brillante e chiaro, tanto da poterlo leggere facilmente da circa 3 metri di distanza.

The M1 CLiC sports seven digital connections. A USB socket on the front panel makes it easy to quickly connect an iPod/iPhone, memory stick or hard drive. Around the back you’ll find an iPod dock connector, one optical and two coaxial inputs, a USB DAC input and an Ethernet network socket. There’s also a wi-fi antenna if you want to wirelessly stream music or access internet radio.
Providing further flexibility, the M1 CLiC’s three analogue inputs are pure analogue from beginning to end.
Digital inputs feed into the 24bit, 192kHz DAC at the heart of the M1 CLiC, a reclocking, upsampling design with extremely low distortion and excellent linearity.
