Refunds & Exchanges
For your peace of mind, all purchasers are covered by our 'No Quibble' 14 day exchange or refund policy. So in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and all tags attached. You will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us using a recorded delivery service which requires a proof of delivery.
If you return an item for exchange, you will have cover the cost of returning the item to us, however we will send the replacement item back to you free of charge.
If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will pay for the cost of the return postage.
To return an item, please phone 01992 501 616 or contact us via the eBay messaging system and you will be issued with an authorisation number. The returns authorisation number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package you send back to us. You must send the item back to us within 7 days of the authorisation number being given to you.
If you return an item that is not in its original condition or the tags have been removed we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
