Vintage ring is comprised of a lustrous cream button top cultured pearl surrounded by faceted natural pink sapphires, all set in 14k rose gold in the shape of a heart .

Circa 1950's -60's beautifully made and in beautiful condition . The pearl is carefully pegged into the mounting from behind . The pretty pink sapphires that surround the pearl are approximately 3 points each in size, totaling about a half carat of gems .Marked 14K on the inside of the shank , this ring is currently a size 6 and weighs approx 4.7 grams. This ring has been inspected by my gemologist and all stones authenticated. 

Most of the items I sell are vintage or antique. They have had a previous life. You might find some minor imperfections or flaws.
