- If the item is shipped from Germany Warehouse, then buyer need to return to Germany (30165 Hannover ) warehouse.

- If the item is shipped from United States (NJ 08810) Warehouse, then buyer need to return to United States warehouse.
- If the item is shipped from China Warehouse, then buyer need to return to China warehouse.
- If the item arrived broken, you need to contact us within 14 days from the day you received the package. We may ask you to send back the defective item. When you return the item, it should come with all included accessories such as the cable, charger and battery. If an item is missing we will ask you to pay for them. We will be in-charge of all of the return shipping fees.
