We offer a combined postage & handling discount for multiple items purchased, as follows: Full postage & handling charge for first (dearest) postage, then a 50% postage & handling discount for each additional item purchased and paid for together (in the same transaction).

We offer a full guarantee and Australian warranty on our TV lamps (3 months, unless stated otherwise) against manufacturer faults . If goods arrive with a fault please contact us immediately before sending the item back. Buyers are responsible for all P&H charges on return items. Refund exchange or repair will be issued once the item has been assessed. Refund only applies for the cost of the item (excluding all P&H charges).

Warranty will be void if products are misused, mishandled or modified in any way. We do not offer refunds for customers who change their mind after purchasing an item. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
