Visa or Mastercard by phone is the quickest, safest and preferred method of payment (important to verify your order verbally to insure we are sending what it is you actually need).
**As a convenience, PayPal is accepted on orders LESS than $300.00. Pay Pal fees are high and we will not accept paypal payments over $300.
Other methods of payment include, cash or certified funds in person upon pickup, Business check (5-10 days to clear prior to shipping) and also bank to bank transfer.

Shipping on most parts is done via FedEx Ground. Normal ground service orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is received. Delivery times vary and typically take 1-4 business days depending on your location and how far you are from Madison Wisconsin. Fedex does offer Saturday delivery for some residential addresses. Parts that are to be shipped via freight must go to a commercial address with freight access and loading dock OR forklift availability. Freight shipments may also be shipped to a terminal location for dock pickup. Parts may also be picked up in person - just call 1 day in advance to verify that parts are ready to go.
All sales are final with no returns accepted unless prior arrangements have been made. Replacement only for defective merchandise. Refund only if a replacement is not available.
