Pickup is only available at this store (unless otherwise noted) and is usually free. To remove shipping charges, you must make your request before checkout, otherwise your item may be shipped. Payment must be completed before pickup. All pickups will be charged applicable sales tax. Damaged item: please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Do not throw away any packaging. The claims process may take between 10-21 business days. Once the claim from the shipping carrier is approved and paid, we will issue you the appropriate refund.

Combined shipping: will be at our sole discretion. We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee that your multiple purchases can be combined. If you would like a combined shipping, we must receive and approve your request before checkout (no exceptions).
