Some bolts may have knurls which have different appearance, but all fasteners are polished.

YOU MUST USE ANTI-SEIZE WITH STAINLESS, PARTICULARLY IN BLIND HOLES OR WITH NY-LOC NUTS- IF IT IS NOT USED, THE BOLTS AND NUTS WILL BIND AND SEIZE UP. THEY WILL HAVE TO BE CUT OR BROKEN TO REMOVE. LOC-TITE IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NY-LOCK NUTS. USE ANTI-SEIZE! IT’S AN ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENT TO COAT THE THREADS WITH ALUMINUM!
ON APPLICATIONS WHERE THERE IS VIBRATION, BLUE OR RED LOC-TITE CAN BE SUBSTITUTED FOR ANTI-SEIZE ON THE BOLTS. For ease of installation, our Tecate 4 kit includes packaged and labeled component kits for the following:
