ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED within 24 hours of cleared payment (excluding weekends) and often will ship the same day. Shipment is by USPS First Class Mail unless Priority Mail is offered in the listing. You will receive an email confirmation from USPS when the shipping label is generated. The Post Office rarely scans First Class Mail until delivery so tracking usually won't reflect that your package has already been sent. 
International shipments are by First Class Mail International (tracking is not available). I always ship promptly upon cleared payment, but delivery times can vary depending on your country's postal system. Please understand that this is not under my control and take this into consideration.

PRODUCTS ARE GUARANTEED to be as described and will be promptly replaced if defective. Please contact me if you have any problems at all. Warranty issues for a few items must be handled by the original manufacturer. If this applies it will be noted above in the description.
