Up for sale is a completely sold-out $129 New With Tags Chico's Black & White Cold Shoulder Maxi Dress. This dress is a Chico's size 2, similar to a misses Large (12/14). Black and White never go out of style, and they are stunning in this cold shoulder dress.This dress fits beautifully. I usually shy away from horizontal stripes but this dress is slimming and fun at the same time. I have my grandma's arms but with this dress, my arms look great, the cold shoulder is not too much and doesn't require constant adjustments. The dress feels true to size on the top, a little more generous through the hips and it slips on and falls nicely. I'm 5'6" and the dress is neither too long nor too short. I am always a fan of black and white, especially stripes! This dress fits well, is very flattering , runs true to size. Tons of compliments from friends and family when I wore mine!
