Our shipping department is open Tuesday-Friday. Purchased items can usually (but not always) be shipped out same day if bought prior to 3PM eastern time. Items purchased on Friday after 3pm eastern time through Monday will be shipped out on Tuesday. We ship items through UPS ground and USPS 1st class/Priority. We do not ship internationally.

We have a 14 day return policy where we accept the item back for a full refund if it's in the same condition as it was when sold.
