All sales completed by 3pm Monday to Friday and 10am Saturday will be dispatched on the same day. Dispatched direct from LPC not via a third party like many other sellers for this item on eBay.

We ship worldwide, most of our smaller items will be sent by Royal Mail, we use a number of different couriers for larger and higher value orders. All orders cleared by 3pm Monday to Friday or before 10.30am Saturday will be sent the same day. Courier orders after 2pm may leave the following working day, excludes bank holidays. Our cut off times are our guaranteed dispatch times but we often are able to ship later depending on workload and collection times by Royal Mail and our couriers. Goods will often be prepared for shipment outside of these times and will be sent at the earliest opportunity. We work exceptionally hard to dispatch items swiftly.

We accept Paypal or you can pay by credit card over the phone during office hours. We do not accept cheques.

Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase. All sales are sent complete with a VAT invoice.

All purchases must be paid for within three days otherwise an unpaid item case will be opened.

Returns are only accepted if the goods are unopened, unused and returned in the condition supplied. Interaction with the product can be not more than would be expected in a retail store pre-purchase. Items claimed as faulty that are not or have been used other than in the manor designed for will not be refunded.

Return cost for unwanted items is covered by the buyer subject to the items being returned in the condition described above.

We will reply to all message swiftly and in the event of an error it will be rectified with urgency.

LPC is a family run business trading in Leigh-on-Sea since 1983, although our family has been in retail since the late 1800's. As an environmentally aware company we use plain and sensible packaging, we aim to use the minimum required to ensure your goods reach you in perfect condition without unnecessary waste. Where possible we will supply versions of our products that are not blister packed, not always possible but many of our suppliers have this option.

All our goods supplied are 100% brand new and unused, this may sound obvious but people do ask!
