RETURN POLICY:

Within 30 Days of the invoice date Exchange or Return for a refund. Upon receipt of the defective product(s), Poppy9780 will begin to process your refund or exchange subject to availability.  Please allow seven (7) business days to process returns and Two (2) business days from the date Poppy9780 receives the defective product to process an exchange.    Poppy9780 will make every effort to replace it with the same product, subject to availability and the return of the defective one per this policy.

NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: (whether used or unused)

A customer may return an item for an exchange or refund even if the item is in working condition. If a customer does not like the product then he or she can return it for an exchange for another model or a refund. The refund amount will be the full amount paid. RMA Number: Your RMA will be your eBay username.
