All orders received by 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders received by 5:00 PM EST with 2nd day or Next Day shipping will be shipped out the same day. We ship Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

APO and FPO Addresses:


All packages are sent Standard Shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Orders will typically arrive within 7-10 business days.



P.O. Boxes:


All packages are sent Standard Shipping via United States Postal
Service (USPS). We can not ship 2nd day or Next day to P.O. Boxes. All orders over $150.00 will require a signature and can not be sent to a P.O. Box

All packages are sent Standard Shipping via United States Postal
Service (USPS). Webzom is not responsible for any import
duties or taxes.

Standard 1st class shipping does not include any online tracking and averages 7-21 business days depending on your location.


International Priority Mail includes online tracking  and averages 5-10 business days depending on your location.


International Express Mail includes online tracking and averages 3-6 business days depending on your location.

USA Priority: Pay the highest shipping 1st and then each additional item is $4.00.

Returns

Easy Returns!
 When you make a purchase at Webzom, we want to ensure that you receive the best possible shopping experience. We include detailed descriptions as well as high resolution images for all of our products so you know exactly what you're buying. We understand that? well, sometimes it doesn't work out. Maybe it doesn't fit or you'd like a different color. Whatever the case may be, we want to make certain that your shopping experience with us is a positive one.
We pride ourselves on integrity and service, and are dedicated to delivering the best customer service to all of our customers. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any purchase made at Webzom, we will gladly refund or exchange it.


Return Policy

Webzom will exchange /
return any merchandise as long as it has not been worn, washed, or used, and is
in its original packaging with all tags attached. Women's bikinis (tops
and/or bottoms) may not be returned or exchanged. You may have a refund of
the purchase price of the item(s) as long as the merchandise is returned within
60 days of the original shipping date. We do not refund original shipping costs
(if any).  All refunds are processed through paypal.
Returns

To return merchandise, please send us a return request through Ebay. We usually respond within a couple hours but please allow up to 1 business day for a response. We will send you a return authorization with return instructions.
Important:
Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost in transit or
return shipping costs. We highly recommend adding insurance and tracking
information to your package through a carrier such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS. We
will process your return or exchange within 2 business days.

Defective / Incorrect Merchandise


In the rare event you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise we will happily exchange or give you a refund. For all defective or incorrect items, we will incur the cost of the return shipping charges. To obtain a prepaid return label, please contact us through ebay.

Doesn't fit? No problem! Send it back to us for an exchange. We will cover the shipping costs to send the exchanged merchandise back to you.

To exchange merchandise, please send us an exchange request through ebay. We usually respond within a couple hours but please allow up to 1 business day for a response. We will send you an exchange authorization with return instructions. Please note we can not hold any items while you ship the item back.
