The French knife maker Claude Dozorme was established in 1902 and is still owned by the founding family. All knifes are made by hand at the original location in Thiers, the French stronghold for steel works. Knife enthusiasts appreciate the high quality craftsmanship.

Besides the famous Laguiole knifes, the company offers a wide variety of products for many purposes. You will find traditional knifes as well as modern variations.

All Claude Dozorme knifes have one thing in common – only the best Scandinavian and German steels are used in the production of the blades. These blades are embedded in handles made of natural materials with beautiful decorations.

This heavy but compact knife is very well balanced and convinces with sophisticated ball-bearing mechanics. The resistance of the blade can be adjusted with the included tool. Because of the stamped out slit the knife can be easily opened. Made in France.
