The French knife maker Claude Dozorme was established in 1902 and is still owned by the founding family. All knifes are made by hand at the original location in Thiers, the French stronghold for steel works. Knife enthusiasts appreciate the high quality craftsmanship.

Besides the famous Laguiole knifes, the company offers a wide variety of products for many purposes. You will find traditional knifes as well as modern variations.

All Claude Dozorme knifes have one thing in common – only the best Scandinavian and German steels are used in the production of the blades. These blades are embedded in handles made of natural materials with beautiful decorations.

Specifications: These knifes are fitted with a sophisticated and award-winning locking mechanism. A small metal ball inside the knife only permits the blade to open when you hold the knife up. Closing the knife works the other way round. The resistance of the blade is adjustable with the included tool. Made in France.
