Returns are accepted, please contact seller if returning your items. 
They must be in original box/packaging. Any labels must still be attached to the shoes and the shoes must be unworn, unused  and undamaged.
Postal costs are not refunded unless the incorrect item was sent out by our mistake or the item was faulty.
