METHOD:We accept all forms of PayPal payments. You do not need a PayPal account to send a PayPal payment. PayPal allows straight credit card payments as well as eChecks and balance payments.

DUE DATE:Payment is due within 48 hours. If you need more time, please contact us. We're easy to get along with and happy to help you, but you must do your part and contact us to prevent cancellation of your purchase and from being blocked from further purchases.

eCHECKS:PayPal eChecks can sometimes take a week to clear (usually less, sometimes more). Speed depends on how well your bank and PayPal communicate with each other, and how fast they processes your payment. We have no control over this. If your eCheck is taking longer to clear than you think it should, please contact PayPal or your bank to find out why.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:Some countries require you to pay duties, taxes, VAT, GST, customs brokerage fees, etc. separate from the merchandise cost before they will deliver the package to you. We have no control over this. It is a matter of law between you and your country's government. We cannot interfere or pay these fees for you. Not all countries charge fees, but you are responsible for any your country requires. Please check with your local post for more details.

We only use international shipping methods that are available online, which can be expensive. Sometimes USPS temporarily suspends countries from online shipping. If your country is on the temporary suspension list, shipping could be delayed as much as five days. This almost never happens, but if you have questions, please contact us.

Packages shipped internationally must pass through the receiving country's customs office before delivery. Some countries are faster than others at clearing customs. We have no control over this. Your feedback should reflect how well we did our job, not how others did theirs.

SHIPPING COST:We do not add a handling fee and we do not charge extra for insurance or delivery confirmation. We use eBay's shipping calculator and estimate the total package size and weight. If the shipping cost posted in this listing will not result in a five-star rating for Shipping & Handling Cost, please contact us before buying and maybe we can find a way to reduce the shipping cost for you (sometimes we can, sometimes we can't). It is not our goal to profit from shipping charges.

SHIP DATE:Your purchase will ship within 1 to 48 hours of cleared payment except for holidays, Sundays, and any other day the United States Post Office is closed. We live in Florida, so if we are being hit by a hurricane, shipping and communication may be delayed. We appreciate your patience. We are just a tiny Mom & Pop shop. We do not have employees. Sometimes life gets in the way of our best intentions. We appreciate your kindness and patience during those rare times when we cannot ship within 48 hours. Usually, when this happens, we upgrade the shipping to a faster method so your item arrives on time or maybe even sooner - so no worries.

DELIVERY TIME:We ship very FAST, but delivery time is based on USPS carrier performance and the shipping method you choose. We offer several shipping options - Please choose the speed you need. If you choose a slower shipping method to save on shipping costs, please remember your decision when leaving feedback related to delivery time.

DELIVERY GUARANTEE:Your item will be delivered to your valid PayPal address or your money back. Shipping to all USA addresses is fully covered for a full refund of purchase price and shipping paid if your item is not delivered within thirty (30) days of ship date (USPS sets the 30-day rule, not us). If your item is returned to us as undeliverable because you were unavailable to claim the package, your mail box was inaccessible by USPS, your forwarding address was invalid, or for any other reason outside of our control, any refund will be less the cost of shipping and any return shipping we were required to pay. Reshipping an undeliverable package in lieu of a refund is at our discretion, and would require additional shipping costs incurred by the buyer.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item in its original unopened condition post marked within the timeframe posted in this listing for a refund of the purchase price less any shipping we paid to send it to you (more information below). If your item arrived damaged due to improper handling by the shipping carrier, please contact us to arrange for a full refund of the purchase price and original shipping costs.
