You are looking at a used "GENERAL ELECTRIC 3/4 HP AC MOTOR AND PUMP". 
It is a model 5KC47RG1535X.  The motor is a 3/4 hp motor.  This was purchased in a government auction and tests good.  I will guarantee that to you.  The motor turns on nicely as the pump does too.  Like I mentioned above, the gray plastic cover on one end of the motor is cracked and has a broken part missing.  That does not in anyway reflect on the operation of the motor/pump.
