For carrying this item in the small of back, you will need to select the opposite shooting hand. It is also recommended to get the reverse cant when carrying SOB (Small of back).
Carrying CrossDraw you would want to select the correct shooting hand with a reverse cant.
Options:
Slide Guard: The Slide Guard (Body Shield) is an additional piece of leather that extends from the top strap to provide extra comfort to the user. The Slide Guard also protects your weapon from sweat which can cause your weapon to rust over time.
Forward or Reverse Cant:
The forward or reverse cant option allows you to tilt the butt of the weapon forward or backward. This is extremely helpful for carrying the weapon in the cross-draw, small of the back, or behind the hip.
Recommended cants for the following carry positions:
Cross-Draw: Reverse Cant
Small of Back (SOB): Reverse Cant
Behind the Hip: Forward Cant
