What if the color is different than pictured on ebay?
The photos are taken from the actual products.  I have also posted color charts which I created from the actual products.  Please take into consideration your computer monitor settings.  Color MAY / WILL vary drastically by monitor.  Also, there are several other factors that may alter the appearance of color once you have received your product.  For example, each customers skin tone (the same color hosiery will look different on someone who has a darker skin tone than someone with a lighter skin tone), lighting (the same color hosiery may look different in a well light room than in the natural sun than in a dark room...) and finally each individuals perception and opinion vary.  When in doubt or first time purchasers, please order in small quantities (1 pair) to be sure you love the color.  Generally, I cannot exchange because you do not like the color.  I understand it is very difficult to purchase hosiery online so please email me with any questions or to see additional photos. 

What if I order the wrong size or my hosiery does not fit?
The size chart is a GUIDE by the manufacturer.  No two bodies are the same.  100 people in the same size range will fit these 100 different ways.  YOUR SIZE MUST FIT HEIGHT & WEIGHT.  If your weight puts you in one size and your height another size, move up to the larger size.  If you are between sizes, move up to the larger size. First time buyers, please order in small quantities (1 pair) so that you find the perfect fit. All auctions include a size chart to help you decide which size is best for you. I encourage you to email me with any sizing questions.  If you are between sizes or are at the high end of a size, please move up to the next larger size.  Generally, I cannot exchange because you ordered the wrong size or if the hosiery does not fit.  Please understand, I can not guarantee fit even if you are within the manufacture suggested height and weight for the size you purchase.  I understand it is very difficult to purchase online so please email me with any questions or to see additional photos.

What if I want to return, make an exchange or want a refund?
For all hosiery items (pantyhose, tights, socks) I do not accept returns, offer refunds or make exchanges unless, in the rare event, you receive a manufacture defect or my error (I sent the wrong item, size, color).  Please inspect your items ASAP, preferably the day of confirmed delivery.  The box / package is clearly stated with color & size.  Please inspect your hosiery carefully with your hands (do not try on) for manufacture defect.  Once worn, tried on; I can not work with you.  RETURNS/REFUNDS:  For a Manufacture defect please contact me ASAP, preferably the day of confirmed delivery.  You can choose refund or a free replacement pair(same brand, same color, same size). If you choose replacement, I will ship item(s) to you ASAP free of charge.  If you request a refund, I will pay for return shipping of the defective item.  Upon arrival, I will inspect the item to make sure that it has not been worn and refund.  If it has been worn, I can not refund.  If I have made an error (sent the wrong item, color, size) please contact me ASAP, preferably the day of confirmed delivery.  Please inspect item BEFORE OPENING (brand, color and size is marked on all boxes, packages).  Please do not open in the event of my error and I will replace free of charge ASAP.  Item(s) must be brand new, unopened, factory sealed, factory folded in original factory packaging and untouched, unworn.  I will pay for return shipping and upon arrival and inspection of items, I can either refund or send out the correct items as ordered.  Please know that manufacture defects and errors are very rare but regrettably do happen.  EXCHANGES:  If you have ordered an item and realize you ordered the wrong size or do not like the color, please DO NOT OPEN your item(s), DO NOT TAKE OUT OF PACKAGING and I may offer an exchange.  There are very strict conditions for an exchange.  You must contact me the same day as delivery.  Your home must be pet free / smoke free.  Your item(s) MUST BE BRAND NEW as sent, MUST BE factory sealed, factory folded in original factory packaging, untouched, unworn, and free from odors.  If conditions are met, you must pay to ship the item back to me within 24 hours of confirmed delivery of original shipment.  Upon arrival and inspection of the item(s), I will reship you the size, color you would like.  You must also pay for reshipment of new items.  This process is rare as I do not normally make exchanges. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANYTHING BACK WITHOUT MY APPROVAL - YOU MUST CONTACT ME FIRST!!!!  Please understand, I can not return because you do not like the pantyhose, the color, the fit, the size or simply because you have buyer's remorse.  FIRST TIME BUYERS, Please order in small quantities (1 pair) first to make sure you love the color, size, fit, material.....because you are buying an item that can not be returned....

QUALITY:
Although I believe these are premium quality pantyhose, strong & durable, these are not run proof.  Size will play the most important role in ensuring your hosiery will maintain it's durability.  Too small & your height / weight will cause stress on the seams resulting in a run, tear, rip....most likely in the crotch area, waistband & / or toes.  The care of your hosiery will also play a very important role; hand wash (with hosiery wash), hang dry, put on & remove with hosiery gloves.  Dry, rough hands, fingernails, jewelry can snag hosiery which will cause a run.  NEVER machine wash, NEVER machine dry or iron.  These are designed to wear as uniform hosiery in a fast paced, busy environment (restaurants, casinos....) & are manufactured to withstand that environment.  These have added Lycra to make them stronger than most store bought brands, but again, these are not run proof.  Please handle & wear with care to protect your investment.

*Exchanges are made if there was an error in listing / error in product received or a manufacture defect.  In this case, I will send a prepaid return envelope for the item(s).  Upon return and inspection of the item(s), I will reship the exact same item(s) (same color, size and brand) as a replacement.  You must contact me within 3 days of confirmed delivery.  Item(s) must be sent back in the exact same condition as received.  Item(s) must be BRAND NEW, UNTOUCHED, UNWORN, factory folded in the box.  I will not exchange any item that has been worn.

US Shipping:

Shipping charges are clearly stated in each auction.

All packages are shipped discreetly via USPS First Class Mail  (you may choose other shipping methods at checkout) in plain packages with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.  This is NOT a tracking # and in some case, your package may not be tracked.  Most of the time, you can track your package within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your delivery confirmation #.  Sometimes, there is no information available until the package is scanned at delivery.  Hence the name, delivery confirmation.

A signature will not be required. 

Orders always ship to the delivery address listed on your PayPal account.

You will receive an email from PAYPAL® with your delivery confirmation number.  You will also receive a shipment confirmation email from me once your package has been shipped with your delivery confirmation number.
