This Seiko watch is model 7L22-0AD0. 

It says Sportura Kinetic Chronograph on the face. As far as I am aware it is in working order. It has a strap which has been adjusted to fit a very skinny wrist (it is too small for me and my wrist measures about 18cm round - unfortunately the spare links were lost.
