In the late 1950's and early 1960's a pioneering photographer on the West Coast named Mike Scott began taking photos. Scott worked with several of the giants of early male photography but unlike them, he never sold his photos. They were never printed in catalogs or distributed to the public. This is one of his original 5X7 photos from his collection. Additionally, it has been certified by the Bob Mizer Foundation as an original Scott and not a reprint of any kind. The Bob Mizer Foundation certification card is included. That is Randy Randall as the model.
For decades, Bob Mizer published Physique Pictorial, a small magazine of male photography. In August 2017, the Bob Mizer Foundation has relaunched this famous magazine as a larger periodical book. In the newest edition [Winter 2017] of Physique Pictorial, a portfolio of Mike Scott’s unseen photographs is featured. Please contact the non-profit Bob Mizer Foundation through their website to receive the newest edition of Physique Pictorial. The Bob Mizer Foundation is the largest repository of gay photography in the world.
