Warranty 
All of new instruments come with a minimum 1 year manufactures warranty. Please ensure you retain your receipt/invoice which will be sent with your purchase. Second hand instruments come with a 90 day warranty unless otherwise stated, or unless they are listed for spares/repairs in which case there is no warranty.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy or change your mind with the purchase of any new item then it should be returned within 30 days for a full refund. It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the item undamaged, in its original packaging, with its original invoice and at the buyers own cost. We strongly recommend using a trackable service so that delivery back to us can be confirmed. If the item you have ordered is found to be damaged or faulty and we agree to the return of the item, we will pay the return costs.
Payment
We prefer payment by PayPal as it ensures a fast cleared payment with a confirmed address, however in line with PayPal’s own conditions (1) delivery must be to the address quoted to us by eBay, (2) It is not possible to pay by PayPal and collect the goods in person. If you wish to collect the goods in person then payment must be made on collection by either credit/debit card or by cash. We also accept payment by BACS, Credit/Debit cards through the PayPal system, and cash on collection. Please note due to processing costs we no longer accept payment by cheque.
Shipping 
Please note that where UK postage is quoted it is for UK mainland only, there may be an additional charge for delivery to the UK Highlands and Islands unless your item is being sent via Royal Mail, if you are in doubt then please contact us. Items less than 2Kg are usually sent via Royal Mail, items over 2Kg will be sent by a trackable courier. We aim to ship your item within 1 working day of purchase.
