1983-1987 Honda XL600R Polished Stainless Allen Engine Bolt Kit

All screws and washers are polished and then cleaned to remove excess polish material. You will never get a bag of dirty bolts and unpolished or missing washers from Alloyboltz.

Here is a great way to dress up your 1983-1987 Honda XL600R and get rid of those rusted, oxidized bolts with this beautiful polished 100% stainless steel 144 Piece Allen bolt kit for the Honda engine.  A similar kit from a polish shop will cost you over $275.   

This kit does not fit the XR600R.  We have separate kit for that in our Ebay store. 

We also offer our Show Polishing.  We remove all stamps and marks and polish the heads to a mirror finish.  The bolts have the appearance of Chrome without the headaches.  This service is extra on the price of the kits.  Let us know if you want this service at the time of ordering and we can price this for you.
 
This kit consists of the following individually packaged and labeled component kits:
Cylinder (No headbolts), Head Side Decompression Cover, Cylinder Head Cover, Intake, Crankcase Halves, Left Crankcase/ Sprocket Cover,
Right-side Crankcase/ Oil Filter Cover and Exhaust Flanges

We use Allen bolts with our custom made washers for proper coverage to replace the old stock panhead screws.  
We use Socket flathead screws to replace the Ovalheads so the new bolts all match in appearance. 
 
No chrome plating to crack, peel, or rust, and no caps or plugs to come loose.
