This fab medium sized bag is extra lightweight and durable- there is no additional padding in the main body of the bag as in some of the more expensive Kipling Backpacks but it's a proven best seller in the Kipling backpack range and has the below features: -

All items will be posted within 24hours of receiving a cleared payment. Please make cheques payable to S J Yuill and allow 7 days for clearance.

Overseas Buyers - I am happy to post anywhere in the world and you will be given a choice of postal services for your country - these are considerably higher that that quoted for the uk. If you would like me to confirm your specific postal fee just drop me a line.

All items are insured and this is included in the postage fees quoted. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged/lost in the post I will initiate a claim on your behalf as soon the Post Office guidelines allow.

Refunds

I try to describe all my items as honestly and as accurately as possible. Please read the description, sizes etc carefully and ask any questions or queries you may have prior to purchasing-that way there should be no surprises when you receive it and it saves on costly returns.

All my items are checked prior to being despatched but should there be a fault or if the item is not as described then a full refund will be given plus your return postage covered.

Should an item be returned because you have changed your mind or was not as you expected then return postage will  be covered by the buyer. In addition to this if the item was originally posted out on a 'Free Postage' offer the original postge will be deducted unless you are exchanging for something else.

Items being returned must be return exactly as received to include all tags, unripped Kipling packaging and must be unused, items returned that are not able to be sold as new will incur a 10% restocking fee. Please do not rip into packaging as this item will not be able to be resold.

Please drop me aline prior to returning any item detailing the problem so that I can try and resolve any problems for you.
