We also suggest that upon receiving your item if you wish to personalize, that a professional cleaning is an affordable solution and great investment for these normally high priced items, that you will purchase from EcoDiva for a fraction of the wholesale cost, as odors are subjective to each individual.

EcoDiva must be contacted no later then 3 days from receipt of tracking proof, which is sent to EcoDiva via email by the carrier company, advising EcoDiva of a successfully delivered item to the customers destination, for any and all return or refund consideration.

PayPal refunds will be subject to a 10% restocking fee if the item purchased was not misrepresented by EcoDiva.
