It includes lessons, music, and pages to put achievement stamps or stickers.

Condition: Good
The paper cover has a 1/2" tear on the bottom spine end.  The title page has writing on it.  The binding is tight but the interior is completely loose from the paper cover.  The pages are in excellent condition, no writing, tears, or creases.
