Return Policy: Merchandise is sold As Is. Items may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt. The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, unless agreed otherwise between the buyer and seller. The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured (if available) for its purchase price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt. After the seller verifies the returned item is as originally sent, a full refund will be issued within 3 days.
Damaged Item Procedure: Please do not return items damaged in shipment, as doing so will void the shipping insurance. To begin the process, please contact us to alert us to the damage. We will make a claim through the original shipping agent. Be sure to retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the damaged item, as the shipping agent may request to examine them or may require photographs of them. In the event that you, the buyer, files the claim, the seller will provide you with the necessary insurance information.
- The organ this amplifier was pulled from was tested and it powered on and played. The amplifier has not been tested outside of the organ and may need updating. The power cord has some damage to plastic coating. Does not include tubes. Cosmetically wear, stains and spots of oxidation on chassis. Photo 4 has been marked in red type with tube locations and other components - for reference only. Please see all photos.
