There are no refunds on jewelry

You are looking at "46 PLASTIC C's FOR JEWELRY MAKING". These are 1 3/8" C shaped circles made from white plastic that feature a white stripe running across the center. There are 3 colors: red, black, and blue. There are 17 red, 17 black, and 12 blue. A few have paint wear from hitting each other; see photos. There are no markings on them. These items are new vintage; they come from an estate that was involved in the jewelry business.
