Tent is in excellent, like new condition. I'm the original owner and I used this only a couple of times. This is the earlier version, not the high volume. Comes with a custom cut Tyvek footprint I got off eBay and the Big Agnes Footprint. Gear Loft is also included but no stakes. Tent is pictured without the fly but the fly is included. Check out my other items!
