Description

You are looking at a pair of men's adidas Originals Nizza Lo leather trainers in a white colourway. Please note they feature different tones of white/ off white.

This court classic trainers have been crafted with a textile upper and cut low for a casual look. They have a rubber toe bumper with a vulcanised rubber midsole. They are finished with leather three stripes to the side panels and a trefoil logo on tongue and Nizza rubber heel tab.

They are sized as UK 8 / US 8 1/2 / EU 42 / JP 265 / CHN 260

Condition:

The trainers are EX-SHOP DISPLAY STOCK and are being sold as BRAND NEW WITH DEFECTS. They will arrive unboxed. Please note the following;

The left trainer has discoloration from being on display in store and now looks a slightly more creamy white colour when compared against the white of the other trainer. This is on the midsole and the upper.
The heel pull tab on the left trainer has brown markings due to being tried on. This might possibly wash off in our opinion.
There are marks to the midsoles and under soles due to being tried in in store. This is more apparent on the left trainer.
The inner heel padding and insole has slight discolouration due to being tried on. This is more apparent on the left trainer and looks a yellow shade when compared to the right. The adidas branding on the left trainer insole has started to rub slightly.

There is a red cross to the inner label. This is simply to denote that these are ex-display stock.

Paypal only accepted or cash if collecting in person. If collecting in person then please message us to arrange a mutually convenient time and date. Please note that collections are only available in an evening.

Payment within 3 calendar days of auction ending please. All non payments will be escalated via Ebay. If you are wanting to pay later than the specified 3 days you MUST inform us before bidding on our item.

Overseas bidders are more than welcome and we just politely ask that you contact us prior to bidding so we can advise of the correct postage costs for your country. Overseas bidders will be required to provide a landline contact number for the courier use only.

Shipping Information

Once the item has been paid for we will dispatch the same day if purchased before 1pm. An Ebay message will be sent confirming that it has been posted and giving further delivery information including the tracking number and courier used.

All of our postage is done via a traceable method to ensure the safe delivery of your item. We look to use low priced yet a reliable and quick delivery service. From time to time the company used may differ from that specified in the item, this would only been done to keep postage costs down for example if a bulk order was placed. Any changes to the delivery company used would be communicated via Ebay messages.

If 'other courier' (either 24 or 48 hour) is specified as the method of posting then it will be UK Mail/I Post Parcels that we are using. Otherwise it will say Royal Mail or My Hermes as the method of posting.

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with every purchase from us. We fully comply with the Credit Contracts Regulations Act that came into force on the 13th June 2014. Please be aware that the majority of our items are pre-loved or new with defects and whilst of our descriptions are thorough, with full measurements and lots of photos we are only human and sometimes a mistake can happen. If you are not happy with your item then the purchase must be cancelled within fourteen calendar days of the item being received and all communications are to be made via Ebay messages. The item must then be returned within 3 calendar days of us agreeing to the return. It must be sent back via a secure and traceable postage method and in the same condition in which it was received. Return postage costs will be at the buyer’s expense. However at our discretion we may offer to pay return postage costs and to refund original postage costs when the item is being returned because it's defective, isn't as described, or it was damaged in transit. This will be agreed prior to the return being authorised.
