AUCTION PAYMENTS: Due within 4 days of end of auction. Failure to pay with 4 days will result in an automated late notice sent by eBay. If still not paid within 8 days, transaction will be ended and item will be relisted.

POSTAGE is ESTIMATED:  We charge ACTUAL SHIPPING, if actual postage is significantly less than estimated, we will refund the difference.  Postage includes delivery confirmation & we insure all items. 

 

INSURANCE In the unlikely event there is a problem, you will be required to assist in the claim with the carrier. This might include providing photos of the issue, retaining ALL packing materials and the broken item and possibly bringing item into your local postal office for inspection. . Insurance claims are to be handled by the BUYER with USPS and NOT returned to seller

 

RETURN POLICY: NO RETURNS please UNLESS we have significantly misrepresented this item. We do our best to be accurate and honest when describing an item. When dealing with vintage or previously owned items condition is subjective. When refunds are appropriate we will happily refund your purchase amount. ABOUT US: We get many of our items from estate sales. We are not necessarily experts on all of the items that we sell. Most of our items are vintage. Please remember when buying vintage items, they had a life before eBay. Expect to find light signs of wear or other minimal damage.  Ours is a Non-Smoking home, however, we cannot necessarily vouch for the homes of the original owners of estate items.  We do our best to describe any defects, so there will be no surprises. If you are looking for “perfect, new” items, that is not what we sell – unless it is specified as NEW. Photos are part of the description. We try to post as many pictures as possible showing multiple angles &/or lighting conditions, so please look at the photos carefully. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. Package tracking and insurance is included with Priority International EXPRESS service. When & if your country qualifies for insurance on “regular” Priority International we will opt for that and refund you the difference.  Sorry, First Class International service is NOT offered. It is incredibly slow & we cannot track or insure the item if it ships 1st class.
