-Please note that the stainless steel platforms are hand formed for performance and quality,

so there can be the occasional marks or imperfections on corners, edges / sides of the platform, this is perfectly normal.

-Large capacity scales like this model are generally not recommended for weighing objects under 3g,

most regular and business users tend to purchase a pocket or similar smaller increment scale as well so to cover most potential requirements.

-Digital scales do not like very cold temperatures and lose accuracy or stop working, for this model, avoid under @5°C

-This scale, like most others in it's class and price range are not meant for filling or charging price by weight, it's recommended to consult your local government authority to see what, if any, scale requirements there may be for your intended use, such as in the UK you may need to use a much more expensive legal for trade model. This model, whilst extremely accurate, is not legal for trade.

Deliveries / Shipping

Orders are dispatched 1-2 days after receipt of payment.  Depending on size, weight of item, your location or your choice of delivery option - item will be delivered by Royal Mail or courier i.e. DPD, UPS or UK Mail.  If you miss the delivery they will leave a card for you with a number to call to arrange redelivery.  If the item is returned to us due to your failure to arrange redelivery or collection from local depot/sorting office, we will charge you another delivery fee and hold the right to charge an additional £15-30 inc VAT (to cover the return fee which is what we are charged by most courier companies).  Where personal collections are available there is a £5 handling charge per item. 

*If you decide you don't like the item, changed your mind or ordered wrong product and would like to return it, the actual P&P costs incurred to send to you will be deducted from the refund amount regardless if the original purchased price included P&P.*
