Please be sure to read our return policy. You purchase of an item indicates that you accept all conditions of our return policy. Here is a simple example of how our return policy works.

Scenario 1: Customer purchased an amp from us on eBay for $1000 and free S&H. The actual cost to ship the amp was $50 which we absorbed. Customer decides the amp is not for him and contacts us within 48 hours of receipt of the amp as measured from the delivery date and time as tracked by UPS/FedEx. Customer receives an RA# from us and returns the amp in new/same condition with all paper work and accessories, if any at his cost. Customer receives a refund of $950.

Scenario 2: Same purchasing conditions as Scenario 1; however, Customer contacts us after the 48 hour window, but before 14-days are up to return the amp. Customer receives an RA# from us and returns the amp in new/same condition with all paper work and accessories, if any at his cost. Customer pays a 20% restocking fee and original S&H. Customer receives a refund of $750.

Scenario 3: Same purchasing conditions as Scenario 1; however, now 14 days have passed since the purchase. No refund will be entertained and no refund will be given.

Scenario 4: Same purchasing conditions as Scenario 1; however, the amp arrives in damaged condition due to shipping. Customer contacts us immediately and we take over the process of filing a damage claim. Once the package is picked up by the shipper for investigation, the Customer receives a full refund of $1000.

All Ebay Auction items are for sale locally; therefore, we reserve the right to end the auction early provided there are no bids. So, if you are waiting to bid, the item may no longer be there.
