I have been collecting vintage watches for nearly 30 years and I can tell you that vintage Seiko Automatic watches are underrated. This Seiko 5Actus stainless steel 23 jewel Automatic with a model # 6106-7003 and a serial # 1D5273 per the SIGNED screw-off case back. This Seiko dates back to 1971. This Seiko SS watch is automatic and is running. It measures 36.1 mm wide and has a recessed crown at the 4 o'clock position. Has 18 mm lug spacing. I am thinking this 23 jewel SS model might be a special one. Has a handsome Blue SIGNED dial with silver applied hour markers and matching hands. Appears to be all original. Has a day and date window at the 3 o'clock position. The date is quick-set by pushing the crown in. Japan made per the bottom of the blue dial. There is a generic stainless steel bracelet attached. While this 47 year old Seiko 23 Jewel 5 ACTUS Automatic watch does run I have no service records to offer. I am selling this watch as-is and as found. Please bid accordingly.
