These are brand new in the box a set of 4 ( 2 front  insert type shock cartridges &  2 rear  shocks  ) KYB High Performance  shocks engineered for a smooth quality ride and great handling.

To fit 1968 to 1973 Nissan Datsun 510 Minor Front shock modification required for 1968 to 7/ 1971 models you need to add approx. a 7/8th spacer From 8/ 1971 to 1973 you need to add approx. a 1.1/8th inch metal spacer. For spacers Any piece of metal pipe with correct diameter that fits in the strut housing will do it. We recommend 1.277 in inner diameter and no more than 1.5in. outer Diameter. 

The rears are bolt on no mods required. 

(The rear shocks Will NOT fit WAGON models) .

NOTE. The Front & Rear of this item is a shock Cartridge insert, Therefore For the struts you have to Re-Use the front & rear serviceable strut housing that has the spring seat on it, just open the top large glan nut slide old shock insert out, slide this new front shock insert in and re cap with new Glan nut provided in the box.
