Purchases over $200 (SENT TO A NON-U.S. ADDRESS) must pay an additional  $12 for registered mail. (Wait for an adjusted invoice that includes the additional $12 charge). 

Purchases over $200 (SENT TO A U.S. ADDRESS) must pay an additional $3 for tracking and signature confirmation. (Wait for an adjusted invoice that includes the additional $3 charge).  

Purchases under $200 will be sent registered mail for an additional $12 at buyers request.

Other forms of shipment are available at buyers expense.
