Fair - condition, - Paper covered boards. 188 pages. edges of the front cover and back cover is a narrow dark stain. The edges of the cover where the book opens is worn with some scuffing. One page (7-8) has a middle section cut out. See photo 11 where my fingers are. Another page (55-56) has some tears toward the bottom. See photo 12. You can repair these with tape if you wish. A few other pages might have a slight tear at a corner of the page but these are minimal 100's of B & W illustrations with a few color stained glass illustrations. - Fine work for the collector of Ecclesiastical and Accoutrements Hardware.
