This is a brass metal token or jeton.

The jeton has been made by the firm F.Simmons & Son.

The token (22mm diameter) is reminiscent of the telephone or transport tokens that were once used on the Continent.

I think this was a British made token for the export market.

The jeton is a little grubby but all details are clear and present.

It could be cleaned up but I have decided to leave it as it is. 

Interesting,not so common, token.
