This auction is for a American coin which is unusual because it has a sprue or extra splash or attachment on copper that seems to be from manufacture on the face of the coin making it an error which should have been destroyed. 

If you look on the reverse face above the "one cent" is what looks like a flat blob of extra coin material, not something I have seen before and just different.

Never listed or offered before.

Found in a very old estate with other similar interesting items we bought almost 40 years ago, never been offered for sale before.

Size : approx 2.8 cm wide.

Sold now as genuine, old and sold as nothing but original.
