Дени (настоящая фамилия Денисов) Виктор Николаевич (1893 - 1946) - советский график, один из основоположников
советского политического плаката, карикатурист, заслуженный деятель искусств РСФСР (1932). Учился у Н. П. Ульянова.
В 1910-х гг. сотрудничал в юмористических журналах Будильник, Сатирикон, Солнце России и др. С 1921 сотрудник газеты "Правда".
Открытый процесс над бывшими меньшевиками состоялся в марте 1931. Обвиняемым вменялся саботаж в области планирования
хозяйственной деятельности, связь с иностранными разведками. Альбом Дени был художественным откликом на этот знаменитый процесс.

The book is really old, which printed 88 years ago, but not modern reprint or more late re-edition
Very Fine condition, clean book without library stamps, registrations, underlines in the text and pollution,
corners are knocked down, slight bruises on the edges of the cover, traces of time (please see pictures).
Deni (real surname Denisov) Viktor Nikolaevich (1893 - 1946) - Soviet graphic artist, one of the founders of the Soviet political poster,
cartoonist, Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1932). Studied in N. Ulyanov. In the 1910s collaborated in comic journals Budilnik, Satyricon,
The Sun of Russia, etc. From 1921, an employee of the "Pravda" newspaper.
The open trial of the former Mensheviks took place in March 1931. The accused were sabotaged in the area of planning business activities,
communication with foreign intelligence services. Album Deni was an artistic response to this famous process.
