Condition: Painting has good color ~ Outer edges have scattered spotting, pictures 7-9 ~ Frame is sturdy with good color and very little finish wear

General information:
- I will send an eBay message to you when your item is packed and ready to ship.

- Shipping is determined by eBay's shipping calculator. You pay only the actual cost of shipping. This uses my zip code, your zip code (distance), size and weight of packaged item.
- If actual shipping is less than paid, I do issue a refund through your pay-pal account.
- If offer is accepted it is based on total price of item and shipping
