Items are generally dispatched via Australia Post generally within 1 business day after payment has been cleared, please allow 2-7 business days for your item to arrive.

Items will only be delivered during business hours (9am-5pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

Items sent through Australia Post may require a signature upon collection. Buyers may receive a door knock or a card in their letterbox indicating their item is available for collection from their local post office.​​​​​​​

Buyers are able to track their delivery online with a unique tracking number.

A re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers for items that are undeliverable and returned due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and mobile number upon checkout. Any changes to the delivery address after checkout will not be considered a valid change.

We do not ship orders outside of Australia. Orders are shipped via Australia Post Boxes which include tracking.

We are not directly liable for any goods lost or damaged in transit, but we will work with buyers to best assist in resolving any issues.

We accept PayPal Transactions and Credit Card payments through PayPal which accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We are unable to accept credit cards directly at this time.

FetchTV warrants that a Fetch Set Top Box purchased from an authorised retailer in Australia will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, when used in accordance with any guidelines published by FetchTV (including all guidelines provided with the Fetch Set Top Box), commencing on the date upon which you purchased it from an authorised retailer and continuing for a period of two (2) years (Our Warranty).

Our Warranty applies to new Fetch Set Top Boxes that are purchased from authorised retailers only, and does not extend to any other products, parts or accessories that were supplied with the Fetch Set Top Box (including, without limitation, the power supply, the remote control any cabling or any guide books such as the "Quick Start Guide") or via any other means (Accessories). This means that Our Warranty does not apply to defects in Accessories, even if those defects have an impact on the operation of your Fetch Set Top Box.  However, you may have consumer rights with respect to those Accessories as set out below.

The two year warranty period for Our Warranty runs for two years from the date upon which you originally purchased the new Fetch Set Top Box from the authorised retailer. If you make a valid claim under Our Warranty and are provided with a replacement Fetch Set Top Box as a result, the two year period for Our Warranty will not re-start, but will instead continue to run for the remainder of the two year period (counted from the date of original purchase from the authorised retailer).  You may also have consumer rights with respect to the replacement Fetch Set Top Box a set out below. 

Our good come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The 24 month warranty set out above is in addition to, and does not detract from any other rights or remedies that you may have irrespect of your item under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If you have received an item and it is damaged or faulty we will provide a refund, providing you notify us within 24 months of the date of purchase and return the item to us at your cost. We will pay for the cost of delivery of a replacement if your item is damaged or faulty. We will not refund an item if you simply change your mind.

The 24 month warranty set out above is in addition to, and does not detract from any other rights and remedies that you may have in respect of your item under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).​​​​​​​
