Original New old stock 20" bicycle Rear fender made in 1950's thru 1960's this tire is 3" wide straight across and is for a balloon tire. A Stingray type rear fender seen on many of the muscle bikes of that era and perfect for a Rat Rod build. Very nice deep plated chrome. The center of the slotted hole in the center of the indents is 10" from the center of the slotted hole where it mounts at the bottom of the frame.
