Gorham 3 Pc Silver Box Pyx Silver & Glass Cruet set Pat'ee Communion Host

Presented is a beautiful hallmarked sterling silver and glass cruet set with pyx or wafer box with marks. The two cruet lids are marked for Gorham Sterling with a style or product of 1803 and the bottom rims and box are all marked for sterling. All three have a Pat’ee cross on the top and all are slip on lids. They are in lovely condition with only a minor dent in the box, one cruet is crazed and there is some minor residue in interior in the bottom. This is an excellent set for the collector or for practice of the finer elements of the host and sacraments.

Bottles – 4 7/8” inches high, 2 ¾” inches wide, 2 1/8” inches across

Box – 1 5/8” inches high, 2 7/8” inches wide

Weight: 19.2 ounces on my postal scale or 543 grams

              Silver alone – 5.5 ounces on my postal scale or 155 grams

Marks: marks for sterling on bottom of box, rim of bottles and lids, Marks for Gorham with a style or product number of 1803

Condition: a minor dent in bottom of the box, one cruet is crazed, some minor residue in interior in the bottom, some fine scratches from use and care
