The coins in this set are toned!

We actually removed this 4-coin commemorative proof Lincoln set from a 2009 proof set in this toned condition.

You get no box and no COA.

The coins are in the original acrylic holder as issued from the mint but no box or COA.

The holder may have minor scuff marks from handling.

This is a very popular and sought-after set.

The coins in the set are toned as seen in our photos.

This 2009 Lincoln Bicentennial One Cent Proof Set contains all of the one-cent coins issued in 2009 – Birthplace, Formative Years, Professional Life and Presidency, each with the San Francisco (S) mint mark. These coins have the exact metallic content as contained in the 1909 one-cent coin (95% copper, 5% tin and zinc).

The reverses of the Lincoln Cent reflect four different designs, each one representing a different aspect, or theme, of the life of President Lincoln.

HERE WE OFFER YOU THE PROOF COINS.

The themes for the reverse designs represent the four major aspects of President Lincoln's life are:

Birth and early childhood in Kentucky (1809-1816)

Formative years in Indiana (1816-1830)

Professional Life in Illinois (1830-1861)

Presidency in Washington, DC (1861-1865
